London Fashion Week – the most prestigious bi-annual event on the fashion calendar. Just see the words and you imagine models gliding down catwalks, showing off awe-inspiring creations that decree tomorrow's wardrobes.

You imagine star-studded front rows – all sunglasses (guess whose?!), flashing lights and photographers.

You imagine after-parties – set in secret locations, featuring huddles of A-listers, a steady flow of champagne and an impenetrable guest list.

And then you imagine yourself, reading all about it from the sofa dressed in sweatpants and slippers. Because the clothing trade show that is glorious LFW is just for the industry, isn't it? A most exclusive series of events that you can only watch from the side lines and read about, right?

Wrong!

At least, as of this season... because this month Grazia and Carnaby are bringing London Fashion Week to you. Yes, you – the fashionistas who may not work in the industry, but are, nonetheless, indescribably and absolutely enamoured with clothes.

Get ready to be wowed…

carnaby

From 16-20 September, Carnaby will transform itself into an LFW hub; a place where you can eat, shop and breathe fashion week.

How will it do this? Well, for starters, a Giant Screen installed will live stream all the shows, direct from the catwalk, straight to you. Impressive, no?!

Special offers from the likes of OFFICE, Havaianas and Sweaty Betty will be available; there’ll be one-off customised and personalised goods from Shinola and Pepe Jeans; and a workshop at Cubitts on Saturday, teaching you exactly how to design your very own glasses. "Fashion Flash Sales" will be announced on the screen every day.

Whilst there are over 21 restaurants, cafés and bars to choose from in Kingly Court, Señor Ceviche, Kua 'Aina and Wright Brothers Soho will offer exclusive fashion-inspired menus and offers (imagine the possibilities…) as well as a number of other wallet-pleasing promotions.

Drop into Fashion events at Paul Smith Soho and Diesel Female, live music at Brandy Melville or else stop off and put your feet (and hands) up for a mani-pedi at Cowshed (for when you’ve shopped till you've basically dropped).

Head to the Pamper van in the Newburgh Quarter for daily #LFW treats from the likes of Benefit, Illamasqua, Pixi, Barbour and The Braid Bar – all for free.

With Fashion First Goodie Bags (worth £200) up for grabs to those snapped by street style photographers, cocktails at Cahoots bar underground ready to be sipped, and a whole lot of talent turning up (just you wait...) there is no better place to experience the buzz of LFW.

So if you're after access to the social event of September, head to Carnaby. Your name’s on the list.
