Gigi famously made her debut at the Victoria’s Secret fashion show last year and the 21-year-old has just further cemented her supermodel status, having confirmed that she will be returning this season.
Gigi shared a throwback video this morning of her debut show via Instagram announcing the news alongside the caption, “There is no feeling in the world like walking down this runway. I'm elated to say I'll be returning to the @VictoriasSecret fashion show this year."
She continued: "Thank you @ed_razek for putting on the show that has been one of my greatest motivators since I was a teenage fan of the Angels, and for making this dream come true for me again. It will forever be an honour. Can't wait to join the surreally beautiful and inspiring women that are the #vsfs2016 lineup. See you in Paris.”
And if that isn’t enough to make you tune in, sister Bella is set to make her debut as a VS Angel this year. The news was announced this morning by Victoria’s Secret with a short clip of Bella’s casting for the 2016 show.
And the 20-year-old seemed hopeful from the offset that she would bag the prestigious opportunity, as she says in the interview, “I have no idea because I kind of feel like I black out when I get up there, I’m in underwear and have fun. I’m happy with it I think, I hope they’re happy.”
And Victoria’s Secret were clearly impressed. With the show date finally announced as December 5, we’ve never been so excited to tune in.
