While it’s certainly getting warmer, it’s still too early for sandals, but we’re ready to break out of the ankle boots. Put winter behind you and consider a flat mule. It’s the perfect shoe for transitioning through spring as it’s breezy and easy enough for the rising mercury, but solid enough that if those rain clouds do come, you’re not stuck on hopping over puddles in open-toed slides. The look has the celebrated minimalism of The Row and Celine but the style kudos of Gucci.
