This year has just flown by and believe it or not Festival season is once again upon us. One-dayers like Field Day, Mighty Hoopla and Lovebox are kicking it off. It’s a big misconception that because Field Day is in East London's Victoria Park, meaning you get to go home and have a bath at the end it, that it’s anything but messy. In fact, if anything, because in the back of our heads we know we’ll be seeing the shower soon we lose our inhibitions. So, this time we're thinking ahead and packing the hand sanitizer and the rain jacket. This year we’ll be wearing a bag with a hidden pocket big enough for sneaking in booze, a lightweight rainproof that doesn’t make us feel dorky, jeans that help make our portaloo experience speedy and boots that are there for us even when it’s pissing it down and the festival’s become one big mud bath.
