Felicity Hayward knows her way around a jumpsuit, in the professional sense. As a model, she’s worked with ASOS, Boohoo, Galore Mag, Glamour, Paper Mag, Soap and Glory, Tatty Devine, Rankin, Katy Perry and Allure to name a few. Though she’s worn the weird and wacky for work, her favourite wardrobe go-to is a jumpsuit. In fact, she’s rarely seen out of a do-it-all one-piece. So when we wanted to know what fits, what doesn’t and what’s shaking in the world of onesies we called up Felicity to get the deets. And, here is what she had to say…

1. The One For A Mini-Break

M&S Collection, Multiway Sleeveless Jumpsuit, £69

'The black jumpsuit from Marks & Spencer feels great on because the flares are flattering. It fits true to size and I feel supported without a bra because it’s got one built-in and if, like me, you have big boobs, you can use the halter neck to hoist you up! It would be perfect for a summer holiday because you can wear it as a halterneck for a dinner or as a jumpsuit for a night out. Essentially, you can get away with wearing it more than once without people knowing!'

2. The One To Wear When You Have A Miniature Handbag

Manon Baptiste, Floral Print Jersey Jumpsuit, £163.99, Navabi

'I’m a big fan of the ruffle top and the sleeves as it makes it comfortable to wear. At first glance, you wouldn’t realise, but it has pockets, which I love and which make it endlessly practical for when you need somewhere to put your Oyster card or lippy and you only have a tiny bag. If I was going to style it for an evening out I’d put it with gold hoops and trainers.'

3. The One For Brunch

Elvi, Hayley Hasselhoff Collection Navy Dungarees, £49.50

'Dungarees are super 90s, which makes me feel very fashionable. I like to layer them with a t-shirt underneath or at night time, when I get cold, with a jumper. They have real Sunday mooching vibes although this style is a bit more luxe than your average denim dungarees.'

4. The One For A Night Out

Boohoo, Plus Nicole Off The Shoulder Ruffle Jumpsuit, £22

'This is cool because the colour pops and looks great when clashed with something equally bright. I would put on red lipstick to up the clashing vibe. As an FYI you can get away with not wearing a bra – win! – as there is a ruffle, but you could wear a strapless one if that makes you feel more comfortable. I’d accessorize it with lots and lots of jewellery.'

5. The One For The Weekend

Mat, Tie Belt Jumpsuit, £79.99, Navabi

'I like this jumpsuit because it’s a cosy piece I could wear on a lot of occasions with trainers, plus it has a rope belt, which is flattering. Id’ wear it for shopping, a picnic or just lounging around with friends as it’s smart but still really easy'.
