We never thought we'd say we fancy Santa Claus, but... well...
This Christmas Santa has had a fashion-over, as his beard has had a trim, he's been to Soul Cycle and he is wearing the likes of Carven, Dolce & Gabbana and Givenchy. HELLO Mr Claus.
Canadian model Paul Mason is dressing up as a sassy Santa at Toronto's Yorkdale Mall and posed in ad campaign. Instead of a Santa's sack he carries a chic backpack and he's upgraded his coat to a deep red velvet blazer. With his thing for Burberry trenches and cashmere, we'd like this Santa to be in charge of our Christmas shopping.
This Santa has a good heart, as for every person that posts a selfie with him using #YorkdaleFashionSanta, Yorkdale donates $1 to the SickKids Foundation.
Paul said in an interview of his modelling career: 'I’ve been modelling for 30 years. When I was attending Ryerson [University], I was in a sociology class that was mixed with fashion students and one of them asked me to walk in a fashion show for one of their assignments. During that show, someone from the industry spotted me and liked what they saw. One month later, I was on the runway and I’ve never looked back.' Look out Zoolander.
Here's Fashion Santa's schedule of upcoming appearances. Fancy a trip to England Paul?
