Emma Stone is at the top of her game RN. Not only is she an award-winning actress, reportedly the highest paid actress in the world, now she’s nailing the fashion industry, too – all before she hits 30.
Louis Vuitton have partnered with the redhead star before, in October last year she became the new face and ambassador for the French brand and has been frequently seen on red carpets wearing outfits from the latest runway collections designed by Creative Director Nicolas Ghesquière.
So we weren’t surprised to see Stone star in Louis Vuitton’s brand new campaign for their covetable handbags. Posing in a whimsy dessert landscape, in printed prairie dresses with her signature fiery red hair blowing in the wind, Emma clutches the new collection of LV logo emblazoned bags that are pretty minimal compared to their usual iconic printed styles.
Distancing themselves from photographer Patrick Demarchelier amid ongoing sexual misconduct accusations, the images shot by Craig McDean, were teased on Louis Vuitton’s Instagram page with film snippets, revealing the ‘The Spirit of Travel’ returns. The continuing theme for their handbag campaigns that have been shot all over the world, with previous stars facing the campaigns including Alicia Vikander, Jennifer Connelly and Michelle Williams.
Louis Vuitton said of the campaign that the images embody ‘a heroine who is daring, confident and always on the move.’ With Stone also commenting on the project ‘I am very happy and proud to be working with a house as passionate as Louis Vuitton, as well as with the unique style and creations of Nicolas Ghesquière.’
All we know is, we now need a new handbag… Preferably new season LV.
