Once a geeky novelty item, the raincoat has curiously segued into major style statement. We've got mixed feelings about this. One the one hand, it totally fits the practicoolbill. God how glorious, in all this rain, to have something with a waterproof hood.

On the other hand, it sucks to see the humble Pac a Mac shoved aside for the dime-a-dollar floral raincoats, worn with matching floral hair garlands, which will be traipsing across the festival circuit right about now. But with this metallic limited edition raincoat, you must just avoid the raincoat homogeny at Bestival and the such like. What's even better is that come Autumn, with beaten up Vans and black leather trousers, it's going to look like inter-galactically fantastic. Fact.
