If you're Beyonce, you do pretty much what the heck you want. Which is why it should come as no surprise that Queen Bey dropped a cool £200,000 on a pair of shoes recently. Yep, £200,000. The price of a flat.
The diamond-encrusted shoes were purchased in Birmingham from Jewellery Quarter shop House of Borgezie - as well as a gem-studded belt that cost a cool £55,000.
Inspired by the Paul Simon hit Diamonds On The Soles Of Her Shoes, the 'Princess Constellation' stilettos are embellished with a whopping 1,290 precious stones and come with a 1,000 year guarantee.
Chris Shellis, owner of House of Borgezie, told a local paper about the purchase: “It’s the ultimate, Beyonce’s one of those fantasy customers.
“If you want someone to model your creations, you can’t get any better than Beyonce. I’ve been told the stilettos are for her next video which should be out in the Autumn.”
Apparently Bey saw the shoes in an article in an American publication - and it was love at first sight. And at that price tag, Bey can be sure no-one else will be copying her shoe style - only one other customer has purchased the blingy stilettos - and they live in Dubai.
