Following the news that Chung’s successful M&S collection will be returning for a second season(hooray!), comes the announcement of another big fashion project for the style star, this time for the footwear and accessories brand UGG.

Not content with her current modelling/presenting/writing/designing/entrepreneurial duties, Chung can now add Art Director to her overflowing CV.

Chung took to Instagram to share the news of her UGG project - a campaign she directed starring a number of New York based pals including Coco Baudelle and Cleo Wade.

Shot in various apartments across the East Village by Ben Rayner and styled by Stella Greenspan (both friends of Chung), the campaign marks UGG’s new fashion-forward direction.

UGG, who found fame in the noughties for their sheepskin boots, have recently had a high fashion makeover.

At LFW the brand collaborated with Justin Thornton and Thea Bregazzi of Preen on a collection of flatform sandals for SS17.

We can’t wait to see what the brand will do next, but with Chung in the hotseat it’s bound to be good.
