The bank holiday weekend. The vast, three day expanse of time which you can dedicate to doing anything you bloody like. Here’s some outfit/activity inspo via the medium of Instagram:

1. HarleyVNewton: Art Gallery:

This all black ensemble is perfect for a gloomy cultured Monday spent hiding from the rain in art galleries. Maybe ditch the sunnies to actually see the art though because you aren’t a celeb and you also probably had to pay to get in to the gallery.

2. ASOS_Anna: Trip To The Park:

If for some reason the weather decides to cheer up, a cute playsuit is perfect for a bank holiday frolic in the park. Do people actually frolic?

3. ChloeHelenMiles: Brunching:

What better to do with a day off than meet your mates for brunch, and what better to wear than a pair of comfy mom jeans and a cute, n trend white ruffle tee.

4. Lucywilliams02: Shopping:

If the weather’s it’s usual temperamental self, a jacket and a scarf will be needed for dashing between shops. A cross body/small clutch bag on a chain is ideal for keeping those hands free for snatching goodies to try on.

5. LissyRoddy: Loungewear:

Tbh most of us won’t leave the house on a bank holiday except to maybe pop to the shop for snack time before Netflix time. This pink co-ord is great because the comfort element remains, yet avoids ’look at the weirdo in pyjamas shuffling round the biscuit aisle’.

6. Prettysickly: Travelling:

If you’re using this three day weekend to do some travelling, a jumpsuit is a perfect comfy item to put on before you pop off to wherever you’re going. These always work super well with your trusty Converse or Vans.
