Remember the hair braids you got on holiday when you were six? Topshop have made their own faux version, which slides easily in and on your do’, and doesn't involve your mum cutting out a chunk of your hair afterwards.
If you don’t have long hair (perhaps because your mum CUT IT?), add them to a pendant necklace as a charm, or slot them inside a handbag for a quick accessory update.

Everyone from Burberry to Valentino showcased designs inspired by the Far East, this season. For an easy way to add some of the Orient to your wardrobe, tie this long plaited belt around an old dress or jacket. If you want to create a flattering hourglass silhouette, choose clothes that are slightly loose to wear underneath.
