Why Mica Arganaraz Is The Model To Know

Who's the model everyone's talking about? Up and coming Argentinian face, Mica Arganaraz, of course. She's already racked up walks for Alexander Wang, Lacoste, Altuzarra and Givenchy, and even had a picture posted on the Instagram account of none other than Victoria Beckham during Fashion Week.

You might not know of her (yet) but we bet you know her face. She's appeared in countless magazine spreads and racked up enough catwalk struts in the last few seasons to give the likes of Cara Delevingne and Karlie Kloss a run for their money. And most importantly: she has the beachy waves of dreams. Mica Arganaraz's hair is everything.

So, what's her vibe? Well, with the aforementioned It-girl tresses – a graduated crop which she wears with a heavy fringe to amp up the effortless cool – and a reputation for remaining noncholantly anonymous off of the catwalks, we're dubbing her a cross between Freja Beha Erichsen and an early days Kate Moss. Can't be bad, right?

A brief flick through her Instagram is enough to get you hooked – her and her mates might be too cool to smile, but there's street style inspo aplenty to be had from her polaroid and selfie-heavy posts.

And about those runway struts: while SS15 was Mica's first major season, she well and truly proved her catwalk kudos in last season's AW15 shows, getting booked by everyone from Chanel, Dior, Miu Miu, Givenchy – we could go on.

Prior to New York, she walked in Louis Vuitton's Cruise show, appeared at the Prada Men's show and also bagged herself a futuristic campaign for Dior. No doubt we'll be seeing much, much more of this lady, so watch this space.
