From Beyoncé in custom Schiaparelli to Chappel Roan wearing vintage John Paul Gaultier, the 67th Grammy Awards red carpet really delivered and, before we rewatch Charli XCX's closing performance for the hundredth (okay, thousandth) time, let's get into some of the best dressed attendees of the evenings. Case in point, Sabrina Carpenter, who donned not one, not two, but four(!) exquisite outfits for the evening, each selected by longterm stylist Jared Ellner, who – fun fact – also styles the likes of Rachel Anne Sennott, Emma Chamberlain and Molly Gordon.
Arriving on the red carpet, the Taste singer gave a lesson in old Hollywood glamour, channelling Marilyn Monroe in a pastel blue, backless gown custom made by JW Anderson, complete with feathered fishtail and jewelled halter-neck details. Next up was another custom look, this time by Dolce & Gabbana, designed specifically for the performance of Please, Please, Please. Technically, this was two outfits in one, transforming from a bejewelled tuxedo into a jewel-encrusted bodice that continued the baby blue theme.
And for the grand finale, Carpenter took to the stage to collect her two Grammy awards (best pop vocal album with Short 'n' Sweet and best pop solo performance for Espresso, in case you were wondering) in a gown that matched said awards – a shimmering golden dress by Atelier Versace. Naturally, each show-stopping look was paired perfectly with Carpenter's trademark Marilyn Monroe-inspired blonde curls and rose-pink blush, giving the ultimate lesson in old Hollywood glamour. Bravo!
