For the past few years the red carpet has been dominated by Jennifer Lawrence, Anne Hathaway and of course Lupita Nyong'o who was the crown jewel of the red carpet from the moment she stepped out in that red Ralph Lauren caped dress.

This week the Golden Globes and SAG Awards nominations were announced, and they signal a red carpet shift for 2015. Jennifer Lawrence, Lupita Nyong'o and Anne Hathaway aren't nominated this year.

In their place we have Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon and Julia Roberts as our leading ladies to watch. Lupita might fingers crossed make an appearance as a presenter, but these are the 10 stars who will be facing the fashion police this awards season...

1. Emma Stone

Emma Stone is tipped to be one of the stars of the red carpet come January. She is nominated for Birdman and is in the capable hands of stylist Petra Flannery (who also works with Jennifer Aniston.)

2. Rosamund Pike

3. Reese Witherspoon

Reese Witherspoon

Reese Witherspoon is up for best actress for her role in Wild. Reese has been on a style roll recently, wearing most recently a Legally Blonde pink Balenciaga shift dress with a matching pink lip.

Reese has been working with top stylist Leslie Fremar who revealed to WWD that by next week they will have her globes dress sorted. Fremar revealed: “By next week we’ll know what’s going on. The timing is horrendous with Globes the week after the holiday break, but I’ll be thinking about it on Christmas, even though I know I won’t be able to get anyone on the phone.”

4. Julia Roberts

Julia Roberts is nominated for a SAG award for Three Days Of Rain. As the new face of Givenchy, expect Julia to wear Tisci creations for the entire awards season. Her stylist Elizabeth Stewart said to WWD of getting Julia award season ready: "“Julia is very true to her style and wears whatever she wants with extreme confidence. She’s a stylist’s dream. And now she’s a supermodel on top of a nominated actress, with her Givenchy campaign.”

5. Jennifer Aniston

Awards Season next year will be a career redefining moment for Jen An, who is nominated for her Cake. Jennifer usually keeps it simple on the red carpet, wearing little black dresses and simple gowns. She is styled by Petra Flannery, who also works with Emma Stone. Jennifer Aniston said to us last month of the Oscars buzz: "You can't help but listen to it - it's very humbling and flattering and it makes you jitter from the inside out. It's a lot of things. But mainly I'm so happy people are receiving the film - it makes me very happy, we're so proud of it."

6. Keira Knightley

Keira Knightley is always a red carpet cracker, but this season she will be doing a Natalie Portman circa 2011 as she is reported to be pregnant. We expect her stylist Leith Clarke will whip up plenty of whimsical, dreamy treats.

7. Jessica Chastain

Jessica Chastain is nominated for Best Supporting Actress for 'A Most Violent Year.' She is also dressed by Elizabeth Stewart who said to WWD of getting her stars red carpet ready: “For a typical award season, we will have a fitting in the beginning and try to map it all out. That way, we can change things, but there is a plan in place. There are a lot of designer ‘exclusives,’ so it all has to be planned to a certain degree.”

8. Felicity Jones

Felicity Jones might be the Lupita of 2015. She has been looking FLAW-LESS on her promo tour with Eddie Redmayne for Theory of Everything. Her stylist Karla Welsh said to WWD: “Felicity and I have been working together for almost two years, and we love the process [of choosing clothes] and intellectualizing what we are doing, and of course, we love a beautiful dress. Her talent is phenomenal, and she is a beautiful woman, and now we are going to have fun on all the carpets.”

9. Julianne Moore

Julianne Moore is nominated this year for Best Actress for 'Still Alice.' Julianne said to us last month of dressing for the red carpet: "9 times out of 10, I end up wearing something that's just beautiful and I can't move in it - I'm always swayed by beauty and not practicality! But it's a great problem to have'. Her stylist Leslie Fremar said to WWD of working with Julianne: "We have similar personal aesthetics, so I push her further. It’s almost like my fantasy of what I’d wear if I had the energy to get dressed."

10. Emily Blunt
