Jesy Nelson, 33, has shared an emotional update about her pregnancy on social media, noting that she is suffering from TTTS, a complication that can arrive from having twins.
The ex Little Mix star announced her pregnancy, with boyfriend Zion Foster, back in January, writing that she was ‘eating for three’ now and sharing a loved up snap of the rapper cradling Jesy's growing bump.

Who is Zion Foster?
Originally from South London, Zion is a musician who found his start by posting on SoundCloud. The rapper reached 250,000 streams on his song 'Get This Girl' back in 2015. He’s now amassed over 429,000 listeners on Spotify, with tracks including ‘Full Effect’ and ‘Diamonds.’
Raised by his mother, Zion has shared that while much of his childhood was spent listening to gospel music, his early rap inspirations included the likes of Lil Wayne and Usher. His most popular song is ‘Intro (Real Love)’, which he features on with fellow rapper Brandz. Last year, Zion also dropped ‘Mine’ – a collab with his then-girlfriend Jesy.

At 26 years old, Zion is seven years younger than 33 year old Jesy. In a song that the pair teased online, Jesy was heard singing, ‘He’s 25, I’m 33, but he’s the realist f*cking man I’ll ever meet.’
Zion also addressed their age gap while promoting ‘Mine,’ saying on TikTok, ‘I like me a mature woman.’
Did Jesy Nelson and Zion Foster split up?
Jesy and Zion were first linked in late 2022, after spending time together during a romantic getaway to Jamaica. However, despite an abundance of PDA filled posts on social media, Jesy and Zion split last summer - just before the release of their song ‘Mine’. The pair removed any mention of each other online, however it seems things ended amicably. Zion later said, ‘[Jesy is a] beautiful woman inside and out, I wish her nothing but the best.’
At the time, a source reported that their seven-year age gap had come into play, saying, ‘Jesy is in a different head space from Zion these days. She is, after all, a few years older than Zion, and has a different way of looking at things. Jesy has realised it’s time to move on.’
Another source then alleged that the pair had ‘completely cut ties,’ saying, ‘It’s not the first time they have broken up, but friends think it’s for good this time.’
Of course, the duo are set to become parents this yea, and while some reports have said they quietly rekindled their romance last November, neither have addressed whether they’re romantically back on.
