Zayn Malik was rumoured to be seeing blonde actress Gage Golightly over the weekend - who fans are convinced is a dead ringer for Perrie Edwards.
The former One Direction star shared a photo of him cuddling up a mystery blonde on Instagram, who some hinted was the actress Gage.
Gage is best known for her role as Erica Reyes on Teen Wolf and Nickelodeon show The Troop. But the actress has denied the claims and said it wasn't her.
"Hi everyone just wanted to clarify that I am not the girl in the photo with Zayn Malik" she wrote on Instagram on Sunday.
"But what a lucky girl! Love y'all!"

While Zayn Malik was having Twitter beef with Calvin Harris last night, Perrie Edwards appeared on James Corden's talk show with her Little Mix bandmates - and was asked about her break-up with Zayn.
The singer was asked “Are you okay? It has been tough few weeks" by Corden on his Late Show as he gave her a hug on Monday night.
She replied; "Do you know what? I am good".
“Things have been going so well in America. I wake up every day and thank my lucky stars that I have these three girls.”
The audience cheered at her response.
The drama between Zayn and Perrie since their break-up has been all over social media.
Firstly, Perrie's bandmates were accused of "throwing shade" at Zayn after Jade Thirlwall was spotted holding a fan-made sign that said "Zayn is irrelevant anyway."
Then, more "shade" was thrown after Perrie talked about loving a One Direction song on Radio Disney: "I like One Direction's new song 'Drag Me Down,'" she said. "It's incredible."

Yesterday the news broke that Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards had called off their engagement - and now Perrie has spoken out about the split.
Perrie appeared on E! shortly after the news broke that she and Zayn were no longer together, alongside her Little Mix bandmates.
The host asked Perrie how she was: "I know it's a very tough time for you with the news breaking today about you and Zayn, so your fans, I know, are heartbroken".
Ever the professional, she replied with "I'm good thank you".
Fellow Little Mix bandmate Leigh-Anne then added "We don't really want to talk about it".
The host said: "You have your girls and I'm sure they're being a great support".
Zayn Malik has supposedly 'spoken out' about the break-up too - by uploading a photograph of a cut-out flower resting on a piano on Twitter.
A representative for Malik confirmed to BBC Newsbeat that the couple had officially ended their relationship but wouldn't give out any more details.

Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards have called off their engagement, according to reports. People magazine are reporting that Perrie has been left "devastated" by the news.
The publication revealed that Malik told Edwards it was over two weeks ago. Perrie has since been spotted without her engagement ring on Instagram.
"She's been putting on a brave face as Little Mix have had promotion to do, but she's obviously devastated," the source said. "Perrie's being supported by her bandmates, but she's really in pieces about this."
The couple got engaged in August 2013 - and when Zayn Malik left One Direction earlier this year, it was reported that he left had the band to spend time with Perrie. "He wanted to go and spend some time with his family and missus," former bandmate Liam Payne said.
