The fallout from Zara McDermott and Sam Thompson’s shock split continues as she’s shared a post about 'hurting someone' amid rumours that she cheated on the Made in Chelsea star with music industry boss Brahim Fouradi during her stint on The X Factor: Celebrity last year.
It was reported earlier this month that Sam and Zara had split, just weeks after he hinted at plans to propose, after he found out about the Love Island star’s alleged infidelity.
Zara first broke her silence last week by sharing a cryptic Instagram post with the caption, 'Black and white', and now, after it was claimed she’s vowed to win back her ex-boyfriend, the 23-year-old has posted a quote which seemingly hints at her situation with Sam.
The post, which Zara shared with a sad face emoji, read, 'We have all hurt someone tremendously. Whether by intent or accident. We have all loved someone tremendously. Whether by intent or accident.
'It is an intrinsic human trait I think to be an organ and a blade but learning to forgive ourselves and others because we have not chosen wisely is what makes us most human. We make horrible mistakes. It’s how we learn.
'We breathe love. It’s how we learn and it is inevitable.'
Zara also shared another quote, which read, 'Love always won in the end. No matter how it happened, no matter what it took, no matter what it meant. Fair or not… true or not, love won.'
It’s thought that Sam and Zara’s split will air in dramatic scenes on the new series of Made in Chelsea, which returns to E4 on Monday 28 September.
'The cameras have captured the whole fallout of Zara and Sam's dramatic split,' a source told The Sun. It means viewers will get to see the raw emotion caused by Zara's infidelity last year, as Sam tries to come to terms with what has happened. There's going to be a lot of tears and rows as Zara fights for her relationship.'
There are also some new faces joining the E4 show including 2018 Love Islander Charlie Frederick.
