What do you get when you cross Peter Griffin from Family Guy with emotional ballad True Colours? Thanks to Graham Norton, we now know for sure. When he invited in both Seth MacFarlane and Cyndi Lauper to perch on his scarlet sofa on Friday, chat show history was made.
Doing the voices of Stewie and Peter, the Family Guy creator, who was there to promote Ted 2 with Mark Wahlberg, performed renditions of Time After Time and True Colours right next to the ’80s hit-maker herself. The result was pure hilariousness.
Cyndi looked like she was having the best time ever, and so we are calling for 'Cyndi-okes', as the beardy Graham branded it, to become a The Graham Norton Show regular. Actually, make that Seth and Cyndi, too.
