Where Beyoncé leads, a trail of Vines follow. She might have only performed for 20 minutes at the VMAs, closing the ceremony to accept the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award for basically definining MTV culture as we know it, but all the memes produced every time she gyrates back into the public consciousness will literally go on for days and days. Or years and years. She really is the voice that launched a thousand virals, and here are just some of our favourites to have popped up so far this week (it’s only Wednesday!):

She’s Blessing The Children

Now, this might have been given to the world after BEYONCÉ dropped for the first time, much to our surprise last December, but it feels totally pertinent now the entire world, not just the people lucky enough to see her live, has seen Beyoncé do a bit of her Mrs Carter Show performance.

While Beyoncé retreats, safe in the knowledge that her album’s back in the iTunes top ten (seven in the US, nine in the world), more eager Beyoncé fans will be making memes, gifs and videos in her honour and we eagerly await each of them, if this lot is anything to go by. Like, if pastafarianism is allowed to be a religion, can Beyoncism?
