Love Island 2019 star Molly-Mae Hague might have spent her 21st birthday in lockdown yesterday, but her boyfriend and fellow Islander Tommy Fury certainly went all out to spoil her. Not only did Tommy flood the couple's Manchester apartment with a load of fancy balloons, but the boxer also bought his girlfriend a brand new puppy. Casual.
Announcing the news of the couple's new arrival on her Instagram Story, Molly-Mae shared a picture of a hand-written note by Tommy, informing her of the pups imminent arrival in the coming days. Tommy's note reads, 'Mummy I can't wait to meet you in a few days. Until then have the best birthday and I know daddy will be spoiling you rotton. Love you loads, your son Mr Chai. Woof Woof.' (sic)
Although the couple are yet to confirm which breed of dog they've chosen, it's certainly a big step in their relationship, after leaving the Love Island villa as runners-up back in 2019.
As well as the puppy, the model also showed off the view she woke up to on her 21st birthday, after Tommy decorated their apartment for his girl with tonnes of balloons and pink decorations.
As if this all wasn't enough to make you want your very own Tommy Fury, he also gifted Molly-Mae with a VERY sparkly-looking ring. Expressing her love for the ring on her Instagram Story, Molly-Mae told her followers, 'Hello you'.
The reality star celebrates her 21st birthday just a few weeks after revealing to fans on her YouTube page that she's told Tommy not to propose to her, admitting she's 'too young' right now.
She said, 'Tommy would literally propose to me tomorrow if I would let him but I keep saying to him, "No, let's just wait, let's just wait," because I'm too young. It will happen one day, it's something we can look forward to together, so I just wanna leave it for another day. But marriage and kids are two things that will happen soon, hopefully. But, when I say soon I don't mean next week!'
Despite being one of the strongest couples on the 2019 series of Love Island, Molly-Mae and Tommy finished the series in second place, behind winners Amber Gill and Greg O'Shea. But despite not being crowned the winners, the couple have proved they are still smitten with each other in real life, moving in together at the end of 2019.
