It’s been nearly a year since Prince George and Princess Charlotte were last seen as pageboy and bridesmaid at Princess Eugenie’s wedding, and now it looks like the pair will have to dust off their stockings and shiny shoes as there’s another ceremony on the horizon.
The assistant headteacher at Prince George’s school, Lucy Lanigan-O'Keefe, and Prince William’s friend Thomas van Straubenzee – who is also Charlotte’s godfather – are now engaged. And yes, people do this Kate and Williamhad a hand in matchmaking the couple.

According to the Sunday Times, Prince William is likely to make a speech and serve as an usher, and Charlotte and George could be brought in to join the bridesmaids and pageboys.
If the name von Straubenzee is familiar to you, it might be because Harry and Meghan attended the wedding of another von Straubenzee brother – Charlie – and filmmaker Daisy Jenks, in August last year.
The wedding was kept very private and took place in Frensham, Surrey. Meghan Markle wore a £400 Club Monaco dress – she showed a bit of her bra which of course made some headlines, and arrived alone as Harry was the Best Man. She paired her pleated dress with a Philip Treacy fascinator, Kayu straw clutch and some firm favourites on her feet – some Aquazzura heels.
