It's part American, part English, part... something else entirely

Something Very Strange Has Happened To Lindsay Lohan's Voice

Recently we've been VERY worried about the whereabouts of LiLo after she didn’t respond to a call from Kettering’s MP to turn on their Christmas lights (yes, really.)

Now we’ve found her but before you breathe a sigh of relief, hold up, because she’s just given us further cause for concern - something really weird has happened to her accent!!!

In an interview filmed outside her eponymous nightclub in Athens that launched last month, LiLo switches between an American accent, an English accent and something else we definitely can’t identify. Maybe it’s because we’re not well travelled enough and therefore not familiar enough with the nuances of European accents. Or maybe LiLo has spent too much time jetsetting this summer and not enough time acting.

She even had some #bants with the Daily Mail about what she should call her new accent.

No LiLohan, just no.

In the video LiLo chats about Dennis Papageorgi, her club’s co-owner (and possibly her BF if rumours are to be believed) and how in his mother and sister she’s ‘found good family.’ So not only has she lost her accent, she’s also lost her ability to put a sentence together.

So listen up LiLo, we have an idea. Come back to London. We’ll take you to Kettering to turn on the Christmas lights. And you can come hang out at The Debrief with us. We’ll help you find your accent again and then we’ll start plotting your Big Comeback to the world of epic movies. Let’s get you back to where you belong - on that silver screen.

Please help us you guys. Help us #findlindsay.
