So, apparently Shia LaBeouf was arrested last night and dragged out of a performance of Cabaret. According to various reports, Shia was slapping people from behind and smoking. Which doesn't sound very grownup, doesn’t it? According to ABC News, Shia didn’t stop there and was actually shouting homophobic abuse at the officers who arrested him:
‘LaBeouf, 28, was smoking inside the theater and engaging in other disruptive behavior, police said. When he was asked to leave, he refused and then threatened the officers and people on the sidewalk outside.'
Sources from the New York Post also claim him behavior got worse when the police took him into custody: 'At the Midtown North precinct he got belligerent with officers, telling cops who were about to remove his hand cuffs: "F–k you. I'll f- -k you up," sources said.
While being fingerprinted LaBeouf told one cop 'I have millions and millions of dollars and attorneys and I'm going to ruin your career." He then used a homophobic epithet at the officer doing the fingerprinting, calling him a "fag."'
Really Nice Shia. You ought to be super proud of yourself.
LaBeouf will now face charges of criminal trespass, harassment and disorderly conduct.
