Just incase you haven’t been binging the show and need a reminder of exactly what went down, season one of Sex/Life follows Billie Connelly (Shahi) as she begins to reminisce about her ex-boyfriend Brad (Demos) – despite being married with children. Now, season two is even saucier. If Sex/Life brought us anything, it was one of the greatest love triangles to ever grace our screens – and one of the hottest showbiz couples we’ve ever laid our eyes on.

September 2020: Behind The Scenes Snap
September 2020 marks the first time fans ever saw Sarah and Adam together, when he shared a cosy pic of them laughing and joking on the set of Sex/Life. The pair met on set of Sex/Life. We weren't introduce to their on-screen characters until June 2021, so no one realised at the time just what a treat we were in for!
'We met in the makeup trailer and we just got on instantly,' Sarah told People magazine in 2021. 'We had the exact same taste in music. We had the same taste in whiskey and tequilas and I was really blown away by him just as a person and all I knew was that I wanted more. And then I got an opportunity to act with him, and I will say, sitting across the other side of the camera with him was just a privilege. You’re only as good as your scene partner. He’s amazing in the show.'
NYE 2020: Instagram Official
The duo posted a sweet snap of the two celebrating the New Year together – marking their first couple’s pic. Whilst they didn’t specifically reference their relationship status, fans were thrilled to see the two characters together.
One wrote, ‘Rooting for forever for both of you,’ while another added ‘love you guys so much.’
January 2021: Public PDA
While they may not have made it totally official with their NYE post, Adam’s birthday post to Sarah put any rumours firmly to bed. Dropping some pics of the pair looking utterly loved-up, Adam wrote ‘Happy bday my baby. I f*#kin love you. You’re everything.’
February 2021: Valentine's Day
Sarah shared the love right back with a sweet Instagram post of the pair. Gushing about Adam, Sarah wrote ‘My forever squeeze.’
May 2021: Heating It Up
Whilst their public PDA seemed pretty toned down so far, Sarah turned up the heat in a totally loved-up post for Adam’s birthday.
In what could be the cutest birthday post we’ll ever see in our lives, Sarah wrote ‘Not exactly sure how two people on opposite sides of the world could have more in common, were meant to meet, were meant to be together. But I do know I met my soulmate.’
She explained, ‘I do know I found my forever. I do know I’ve never loved deeper, harder, more ferociously.’ I do know I’m overly grateful for him. I do know I’ve loved him for a thousand lifetimes before and will love him for a thousand times more.’
Responding to the gushy post, Adam replied ‘My forever and more… I love you so f***ing much my baby.’
June 2021: Sarah Confirms They're An Item
Opening up about her relationship in a candid interview with Entertainment Tonight, Sarah confirmed that she and Adam were indeed an item. Just in time for Sex/Life to land on Netflix!
But whilst she admitted that her boyfriend was ‘one of the best humans I’ve ever met,’ she also shared that, despite their public displays of PDA, the couple do prefer to keep their relationship on the downlow.
She shared, ‘It was great casting, I’ll put it that way. Without sharing too many details because there is a part of my relationship that I protect and that’s for me and him only, I’m very grateful that I met him.’
December 2021: Red Carpet Debut
The couple made their first official red carpet debut on 7 December. Appearing hand in hand at the 47th Annual People’s Choice Awards in California, the couple looked totally smitten as they posed for pics.

February 2022: Valentine's Day 2.0
With another Valentine’s day comes yet another gushy post...
This time, Sarah gave fans another glimpse into the couple’s relationship with some snaps of them laughing and smiling. She wrote, ‘Happy Valentine’s day to this stallion that makes my heart skip a beat today and every day. Oh, I love you @adam_demos.’
April 2022: Sarah Wears A Ring
In April 2022, Sarah is photographed wearing a ring on her engagement finger whilst out with Adam – leading fans convinced that the couple are engaged.
August 2022: Adam Wears A Ring
After pics were posted showing Adam wearing a band on his ring finger, fans were even more convinced that not only had the actor popped the big question, but the couple had secretly married. Again, neither chose to comment on the rumours.
October 2022: Supportive Spouse
Celebrating Sarah’s role in the movie Black Adam, Adam shared a post on Instagram reading ‘Adriana may not have superpowers in @blackadammovie but she’s the real superhero of this film. The heart and soul! Just like the missus is in real life. I’m so f*ckin proud of her in absolutely every way.’

February 2023: Sex/Life Season 2 Premiere
