We’ve been eagerly awaiting the confirmation of more Selling Sunset and Bling Empire, so we’re pleased to report that Netflix have finally confirmed the fate of the two shows – and it’s very good news.

The streaming platform has announced not one but two more series of Selling Sunset, as well as a brand new spin-off show. And Bling Empire will also be coming back for a season two. Yes!

All of the Selling Sunset regulars will be back for seasons four and five and Davina Potratz will still appear too even though she left The Oppenheim Group to join a rival brokerage. And Christine Quinn’s pregnancy is sure to play out on our screens after she announced she was expecting her first child with husband Christian Richard. We also suspect Chrishell Statuse’s messy split from boyfriend Keo Motsepe will get some airtime too.

Meanwhile, on Bling Empire, Kelly Mi Li has confirmed this week that she has split with boyfriend Andrew Gray after five years together - so we wonder whether that will make the show. ' We have made the difficult decision to officially separate at this point in our lives,' Kelly wrote on Instagram. 'We are both so grateful to have experienced a relationship that allowed us to grow and learn so much. '

And, as if two new series of Selling Sunset wasn’t enough, we’ll be moving from the Hollywood hills to Florida for a spin-off show focusing on all-female real estate firm Allure Realty, run by former military veteran Sharelle Rosado.

Although the show hasn’t been given a name yet, Netflix says of the show, 'These ladies are equally as fun as they are fiercely ambitious, with all of them vying to be on top of the lavish world of luxury waterfront real estate. Sharelle has big plans for her brokerage and won’t let anyone or anything get in the way of making her dreams a reality.'

We're still waiting for release dates on these renewed seasons, but we can't wait for any of these shows.
