Selena Gomez’s Taylor Swift Impression Is Both Incredible And…Silent

We’ve learned a few things about Selena Gomez today. Not only can she spit chewing gum really high in the air and then catch it with her mouth, a trick that clearly ensnared Justin Bieber, but she has a really lovely talking voice (much deeper than we remembered) and she can do some awesome impressions.

As well as doing Shakira’s Columbian accent/yodeling singing voice, Selena did an absolutely silent rendition of her best mate Taylor Swift dancing. Although it sounds nothing like Taylor, being entirely quiet and all, it does look like Taylor Swift dancing. Which totally confounds the widely-held assumption that Taylor Swift can’t dance.

Check out Selena’s Taylor impression right here at about 1.40:

‘Love you Tay!’ she exclaimed after the impression. When asked by the interviewer how she knows the dance, she replied: ‘Well, I’ve seen every single one of her concerts!’

And it shows, Selena. It really shows.
