The duo were spotted at the Uffizi Gallery taking in some of Italy's finest Renaissance artworks, including pieces by Leonardo da Vinci, with Gomez amping up her girly style for the occasion wearing a pastel pink princess-y midi dress and metallic stiletto heels.

Clearly hoping to pip his love rival and Gomez's former boyfriend Justin Bieber, The Weeknd took the extravagant move of renting out an entire cinema for a date back in March (Bieber reportedly once did the same… awkward). The Toronto-born singer booked a private screening of comedy thriller Get Out in his hometown, with all the requisite popcorn and sweets thrown in too.
