Been missing Ryan Gosling recently? Well, we got a double dose of him over the weekend. And yeah, he’s still amazing.
The Gos God took over hosting duties on Saturday Night Live comedy show, where he got stuck into some hilarious sketches – some that were so funny he couldn’t help cracking up halfway through.
He played a hot dad (not too far from the truth) in a skit where one his teenage daughter’s friends embarrassingly hits on him, and he really had to fight to hold back the LOLs. Then, he played a hick who said he had been abducted by aliens, and full on started giggling – setting the other actors and the audience off too.
Meanwhile, he’s been chatting about life at home with his wife, Eva Mendes, and their 14-month old baby girl, Esmerelda. He said: “It’s not rocket science.” Even more adorably, he added: “I know that I’m with the person I’m supposed to be with,” and added when asked about his ideal woman: “that she’s Eva Mendes. There’s nothing else I’m looking for.” OK, it’s not possible to love this man any more.
He also added that the new parents were looking forward to Christmas with their girl: “This will be our first Christmas where [Esmeralda is] sort of taking it all in, so that’s exciting.”
