Congratulations are in order for Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and her fiance Jason Statham, who welcomed their first child over the weekend.
The model announced the exciting news via Instagram today with the caption: 'Our little man arrived! Jack Oscar Statham 8.8lbs on Saturday June 24th.'
The 29-year-old first revealed that she was pregnant with a photograph debuting her baby bump on the beach with the caption, 'Very happy to share that Jason and I are expecting!! Lots of love Rosie x' The photo was taken by her 49-year-old fiance.
Pregnancy rumours began to circulate at the start of the year when Rosie shared an image of herself wearing loose clothing, leading fans to speculate about whether or not she was trying to disguise her baby bump.
The couple have been together since 2010 and confirmed their engagement a year ago, after Rosie was spotted wearing a diamond ring on the red carpet at the Golden Globes in January 2016.
In a 2015 interview with The EDIT in 2015, the model spoke out about her desire to have a family with Statham, revealing that 'having a family is something I think about for sure, and whether I’d live here in America or in England. But it’s not always as simple as that.’
‘I have no idea what will happen, but it’ll be interesting to find out, right? And nothing will be perfect, I’m sure,' she added.
