There are-they aren’t-they way of dealing with the press – refusing to confirm or deny their relationship – only made fans more interested, while the demise of their romance, following Stewart’s cheating scandal with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders, only made the story even more exciting.

Now, Twihards (yes, that’s what Twilight fans call themselves) are beside themselves following the news that the former couple were spotted together for the first time in years, as they were both in attendance at Lily-Rose Depp’s birthday party.
According to OK! Magazine, the stars have ‘gotten together a few times over the past several weeks. They’re trying to keep it low-key, but there’s still chemistry there. People in their circles are starting to wonder if they’re considering a reconciliation.’
Stewart has since gone on to date Victoria’s Secret model Stella Maxwell and singers St Vincent and Soko, while Pattinson was engaged to British singer FKA Twigs until late last year.
