Rihanna has created a range of temporary tattoos in partnership with jewellery designer Jacquie Ache. The transfers are available in either black or gold, and the styles are pretty similar to some of the Barbadian’s own body art. ‘Creating the tattoos was a really collaborative process between Rihanna and myself, which we feel is so evident in the final designs,’ Jacquie explained.

The tats come in a pack of seven sheets, which include lots of mix-and-match styles that are inspired by tribal and gothic designs, whilst also being quite delicate and feminine. The zigzag knuckle pieces particularly remind us of the tattoos Rihanna has on her right hand.

It seems that the idea is to layer the different pieces next to each other to create your own unique look, kind of like you might do with jewellery. We’re thinking that the gold in particular might provide an interesting alternative to loading up with stacked rings and bracelets at festivals, where we’ve got an unfortunate habit of losing them in the mud.

The tattoos are available to purchase for $27 from Jacquie Aiche’s website. Don’t worry, we’ve checked, she does ship to the UK!
