We know, we know, they’re mother and daughter, and it’s pretty normal that Ava Phillippe would pass more than a passing resemblance to mum Reese Witherspoon. But seriously, it’s uncanny.
Witherspoon posted the picture of the two of them on her Instagram account with the caption “Mother daughter time.”
And we’re not the only ones blown away by the similarities.
“Looks like twins no joke,” wrote one of Reece’s followers, while another posted: “I thought she was your little sister until I read the post. She's gorgeous.”
“Oh my goodness, her daughter is her spitting image! So beautiful,” said another. And we tend to agree. What a beautiful pair.
Reese recently revealed that she's taken a step back from acting to focus on her children. "My family comes first. I haven't made a movie probably in a year and a half," she said.
"I'm focused on my business, but also I want to spend time with my teenage daughter. It's terrifying that my oldest child is about to leave [home to go to university].
"I can't imagine not sitting at the foot of her bed, saying, 'So what happened at school today?'"
