Kim Kardashian and Kanye West announced the news their son was born ,via a surrogate, on May 10.
The couple - who already have North, Saint and Chicago together - have kept fans guessing what they will name their new addition to the family.
One week after the arrival of their little one and the 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star has revealed all.
Welcome, Psalm West.
Kim announced the news on Friday night with a screen grab of a conversation with her husband, which saw him send her a picture of their baby followed by a heartfelt Mother's Day message, which is celebrated on May 12 in America.
He wrote: "Beautiful Mother's Day, with the arrival of our fourth child we are blessed beyond measure. We have everything we need."
Kim captioned the Instagram upload: "Psalm West."
There is a very sentimental behind their fourth child's moniker.
The couple - who have been married for five years - gave their child a religious title because the 41-year-old rapper is going through a "spiritual revival".
A source told PEOPLE: "Kanye has been going through a spiritual revival lately. Every name has a meaning that is personal between Kanye and Kim and the child.
"Psalm is a good reflection of where Kanye and Kim are spiritually."
The insider continued: "Kanye is very involved in choosing the names. He and Kim do exactly what every couple does, where they each bring up names and the other one gives their feedback. It’s very traditional that way. Kanye would never just choose a name that Kim doesn’t like, or vice versa. The names are things that they mutually agree upon.
“I know that both of them read the Bible regularly now. Kanye loves the Books of Poetry of the Bible: Job, Psalms, Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, Song of Solomon. He reads them over and over.
"Psalms is the longest book in the Bible, but Kanye believes that there’s a lot of wisdom in them.”
Psalm means "song" in Hebrew, which is not only a nod to Kanye's career but also to the Sunday services he holds, which sees him sing alongside a large gospel choir every weekend.
It's certainly unique!
