Princess Beatrice is married. So, now that he's put a ring on it, who is her fiance Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi? Time to be extremely nosy.
How old is he?
He's 34, three years older then Beatrice who is 31.
What does he do?
He's a multi-millionaire, having founded the property consultancy Banda (it means ‘big shed’ in Swahili, apparently) in 2007. The company specialises in finding and developing homes for the super-rich, which is basically the fanciest job imaginable.
He is also the co-founder of a charity Cricket Builds Hope, which teaches the sport in Rwanda. So while Bea probably didn't need to marry for money, he's a bit of a catch.
Does he have kids?
He has one son from a previous relationship, who is called Christopher but nicknamed Wolfie. He's two years old. Bea will be a stepmother when they get married - the first royal to become one.
Has he been married before?
Nope, but he was engaged to his ex, and the mother of his son, Dana Huang.
Who are his parents?
His dad is Count Alessandro Mapelli Mozzi and his mum is Nikki Shale, who was married to Christopher Shale who died in 2011.
How did he meet Princess Beatrice?
The couple are thought to have been introduced by a friend in September 2018, around a month before Beatrice’s sister Eugenie married Jack Brooksbank at Windsor Castle. ‘Beatrice and Edo have the same circle of friends and were introduced through a mutual chum,’ a source told the Sun in August last year.
What will Princess Beatrice's married name be?
Princess Beatrice will apparently become a "Countess", according to the groom's father. Alessandro Mapelli Mozzi, an Italian count, told the Mail Online in May that Beatrice will inherit the family title. Her full name was Beatrice Elizabeth Mary Mountbatten-Windsor, but we aren't yet sure whether she will take Mozzi's name.
On which date did Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi get married?
They tied the knot in secret at Windsor Castle on Friday July 17, with around 20 guests including the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh.
