In his speech at the WellChild awards in London last night, Prince Harry fought back tears recalling when he found outMeghan was expecting a baby. He started the sweet speech, ‘Last year when my wife and I attended we knew we were expecting our first child and no one else did at the time, but we did. I remember -'
But then it all became too much for the prince, who was comforted by host Gabby Roslin. ‘Sorry,’ he continued. ‘I remember squeezing Meghan’s hand so tight throughout the awards and both of us were wondering what it would be like to be parents one day. And more so, what it would be like to do everything we could to help our child, should they be born with immediate challenges or become unwell over time. And now, as parents, being here and speaking to all of you, pulls at my heartstrings in a way I could ever have understood until I had a child of my own.’
Last night’s awards happened at the Royal Lancaster in London. Meghan wore a dark green dress{
The dress, which presumably holds happy memories for her, is dark green, sleeveless and made by P.A.R.O.S.H which sold for £489 but is (unsurprisingly given that it's over two year old) now sold out.
The dress is described by the brand as such: 'Green wool fitted bow detail dress from P.A.R.O.S.H. featuring a round neck, a sleeveless design, a fitted silhouette, a bow detail and a straight hem.'
Her Sentaler coat is also a rewear, as are the Manolo Blanik heels she has on, the scarf design bag is a new buy from Montunas that we haven't seen before.
