We couldn't usually care less about famous couples splitting up but Prince Harry and Cressida Bonas? We care a lot! Those two were so cute together, and we imagined them having such a fun relationship, like bezzie mates who also sleep together. Or some such.
Anyway, it’s over. But what happened? According to one US tabloid, Cressida was ‘too needy’ for Harry. What does this even mean? Was she jealous? Did she insist on those phone calls last thing at night that drag on for ages, even when neither person is saying much? Was she an over-texter?
We reckon the ‘needy’ thing is a false rumour, since another friend told People that they are still cool: ‘This is an amicable decision and they are very much still the best of friends but they have decided to go their separate ways,’ the source said.
If you recall, Cressida just last month attended her first official event. If anything it seems as though the reality of being in Prince Harry’s life in an official capacity could have spooked her. People are almost as obsessed with her as they are Kate, and that attention is not easy to handle.
Harry loves a bit of drama, of course, so for all we know they are getting back together right now. This thing is so far from over!
