Prince George turns four today and to celebrate the occasion Kensington Palace released a portrait of the cute young royal.
The photo, which was taken by royal photographer Chris Jackson, was posted on the Kensington Palace Instagram account.
'The Duke and Duchess are delighted to share a new official portrait of Prince George to mark His Royal Highness's fourth birthday tomorrow,' the caption wrote.
Taken at the begginning of June, the picture shows the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's oldest child smiling at the camera in a blue and white striped shirt.
'I'm thrilled and honoured that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have chosen to release this portrait to celebrate Prince George's fourth birthday. He is such a happy little boy and certainly injects some fun into a photoshoot,' Jackson.
Yesterday, Prince George recieved an early birthday present as he got to sit in the cockpit of the helicopter that his father flies for the Air Ambulance.
