This Prince George Story Will Melt Your Hearts

For a two year old, Prince George has shown an impressive ability to think laterally. When his father was on his royal tour duties in China, George went looking for him in the china cupboard. See what he did there? Map reading might not be his thing, but he clearly can think outside of the box.

The Duchess of Cambridge told this adorable story at a lunch to celebrate the 105th anniversary of the Goring Hotel. Yep, that's the place where she stayed the night before the royal wedding.

Claudia Gordon, a luxury travel adviser, who attended the event told Florida News Press: “I asked her if Prince George was excited about the new prince or princess that was coming and she said yes and that he is a toddler and is talking and walking."

She continued: “Then she told me that his daddy, Prince William, was visiting China. After hearing this he went to the china cabinet, opened it and proclaimed ‘daddy is not here.’ ”

Oh George we do love you.
