Pixie Geldof and her rocker beau of five years, George Barnett said ‘I Do’ over the weekend in Majorca. And, of course, the star-studded Spanish ceremony saw no shortage of A-list attendees – from her BFF Alexa Chung, Harry Styles and Daisy Lowe.
The 27-year-old musician married Barnett, 28, in a picturesque coastal spot, in the grounds of a former monastery situated in the mountain-top town of Deia.
Geldof opted for a princess-style tiered tulle gown with a tradition floor-skimming veil, leaving her dark brown hair loose and tousled for the occasion. Her bridesmaids – including Alexa Chung and Daisy Lowe – looked pretty in pastel pink off-the-shoulder dresses, rosy hair slides and nude espradrilles (Note: wedding guest dresses you can actually wear again? While the cool Brit couple - who share a flat together in Clapton with their Chihuahua - are both talented musicians themselves (Barnett is the drummer in rock band These New Puritans, and Geldof released her debut solo album, I’m Yours, last year), the guests themselves no doubt took to the stage at the reception. Her dad - Former Boomtown Rats frontman - Bob Geldof gave her away. Singer-songwriter Thomas Cohen - Peaches Geldof’s widower - was in attendance, along with DJ Nick Grimshaw, 1D star Harry Styles and Clash bassist Paul Simonon.
