So former member of 'NSync Joey Fatone accused Backstreet Boys, who are continuing their world tour, of doing it for the money and Nick Carter’s waded in like the man we always believed he could be when we wanted to marry him, and shut it down.
‘I feel like they just need the money,’ Joey explained in a recent interview. ‘No offense, guys. But I’m saying if you think about it, it’s like, why are you coming back out again?’ He then went onto say 'NSync are too busy with ‘their own lives’ and ‘doing their own thing’, which would make a reunion tour difficult.
Opinions are always welcome, but there are still quite a few people out there who would gnaw their own arms off to see I Want It That Way or Larger Than Life IRL. Sure, we haven't actually bought tickets or anything but that doesn’t mean they shouldn't be touring. Live and let live, Joey Fatone.
Joey Fatone. He's the one from 'NSync who wasn’t Justin Timberlake or JC Chasez. No, not the dreadlocked one. The other one. No, not – look, it doesn’t matter.
Thankfully, though, hunk-from-our-past Nick Carter shut the Backstreet Boys hater down, taking a break from his honeymoon to respond on Twitter and was really mature and adult about the whole thing. Just like we always knew he would be, back in the day when we had a head full of hair mascara and a bedroom full of his face.
‘Just disappointed, I really liked Joey. I’m proud of who we are and love what we stand for,’ he tweeted. ‘Truthfully it’s about not letting our fans down. Sorry bro but you have us all wrong. Now let me go back to enjoying my Honeymoon.’
Backstreet Boys? More like Uber Mature BURN street Boys. I Burn You That Way. Etc.
