As one of the most photographed women in the world, there are no shortage of pictures of Princess Diana. From snaps with her sons, Princes William and Harry, to history-defining images such as dancing with John Travolta at the White House or shaking an AIDs victim's hand, we're very familiar with the People's Princess.
Now, a new coffee table book, Remembering Diana: A Life in Photographs, unveils never-before-seen pictures of Diana Spencer's life before she became a princess.
Born into a family with some serious royal links (both of her grandmothers were ladies-in-waiting) Lady Diana Spencer grew up at Park House in Sandringham with two sisters and a younger brother. Some of the sweetest images included in the book are those with her siblings, who Diana was clearly close to.
You can definitley tell it's Diana in the pictures, with her signature 'shy Di' pose in evidence even at a young age (it was reportedly a way of angling her face to make her nose seem smaller).
The book is being released to coincide with the controversial release of Diana: In Her Own Words in America, the controversial documentary that has caused much criticism for its use of the late princess's private tape recordings.
There's been a flurry of interest in the myth of the Princess of Wales recently thanks to the upcoming 20th anniversary of her death.
