Miley Cyrus and her tongue can’t seem to stay away from controversy, as it emerges one of the men who worked on the set of her Bangerz tour is suing the company behind it. Though you’d think getting playful Miley to arrive on stage by sliding down a tongue from behind a massive cut-out of her face would be a genius move, but the people behind the construction of the giant head have allegedly been very silly.
Charles Sarris claims that ShowFx failed to warn him of the potential dangers in making Miley’s tongue-slide. According to Sarris, he was hired to help build the slide and last month he was badly injured on the job after the equipment and tools he was using – provided to him by ShowFx – failed. According to* TMZ*, he wants unspecified damages. Yikes.
Well, at least it’s the construction company being sued, not Miley; we can’t imagine she’d enjoy coughing up for the costs of a lawsuit. (Sorry).
