Meryl Streep is on the move. As noticed by Curbed, the multi-Oscar-winning actress has put her New York penthouse apartment on the market.
Naturally, the open-plan space is absolutely stunning. Complete with four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, the star of the show is the terrace with incredible views of the Big Apple . Decorated with the helping hand of her sculptor husband Donald Gummer, the huge apartment is filled with an impressive array of art and antiques.
Bought in 2006 for $10.13 million (approximately £8 million), the Streep-Gummers residence is now for sale for $24.6 million (approximately £20 million).

While they have waved goodbye to Manhattan for now, the couple still have property on the East Coast with their primary home (a casual 90 acre estate) located 100 miles north in Salisbury, Connecticut. For any West Coast trips they also now have a 1950s property in Pasadena, California which they purchased late last year.
