Over the weekend, speculation was rife as to whether Meghan Markle would attend the most talked about wedding of the year.

And the Suits actress did in fact make an appearance, after boyfriend Prince Harry travelled 100 miles to pick up Meghan from London in time for the after party.

And if that doesn't suggest that things are getting serious between the couple, then Meghan's latest hobby sure will.

According to The Sun, the actress is one step closer to becoming a fully-fledged member of the Royal Family, as Meghan is reportedly planning to learn the quintessentially British sport, polo.

Princes Harry and William have been playing the sport since they were young and it's undoubtedly a rite of passage for the royals.

And former England polo player and friend of Prince Harry, Malcolm Borwick, revealed that the 35-year-old is keen to learn the sport.

He told the newspaper: "I met Meghan the other day for the first time - she's a really, really nice person. She's not a polo player, but she's very keen to learn and I've offered to teach her."

However, the sport can be dangerous for beginners, especially when you take Meghan’s career into account.

"Contractually some actors are not allowed to play. A bad day at work can result in a serious injury. It's a very dangerous sport," Borwick added.

Either way, we're certain that the Queen will appreciate Meghan's efforts.
