Meghan Markle's ex-husband, film producer Trevor Engelson, may never have spoken publically about his former partner dating royalty, but he's channelling those feelings into a new work project - a TV series about a woman who leaves her husband for a prince.
The so-called 'divorce comedy' will focus on the unique difficulties you face if you're a separated couple sharing custody of your children with the royal family. The characters won't be based on Meghan or Trevor, and they don't actually have any children together, so the similarities really aren't that many.

The pitch for the show reads: 'Divorce is hard. Sharing custody is harder. Sharing custody with the British Royal family when your wife marries a prince, in the unforgiving spotlight of London’s tabloid media, is next level.'
The premise came about when Engelson and producer Dan Farah discussed what might have happened if he and Meghan has stayed together up until she started dating Prince Harry, and if they had had children together.
I wonder if this will be the next boxset Meghan and Harry binge? It's unlikely...
