Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor – or baby Archie, to use his more commonly-used name – is enjoying his first outing at the polo today. He and his mum, Meghan Markle, joined Kate Middleton and his cousins – Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis – to cheer on dad, Prince Harry and uncle, Prince William as they compete at a charity match.
Meghan Markle arrived in an olive green Lisa Marie Fernandez dress (available from Matches Fashion for £484) and sunglasses, with two-month-old Archie in her arms, this afternoon to watch the King Power Royal Charity Polo Day. The match is organized in order to raise funds and awareness for charities supported the brothers.
It's the first ever public playdate for the royal cousins, and a big week for Archie who was christened at the weekend. The Duchess of Sussex and the Duchess of Cambridge looked relaxed and happy for their day out at Billingbear Polo Club in Berkshire. The game took place to honor Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha, a fan of the polo and former Leicester City chairman and Ham Polo Club president who was killed in a helicopter crash last year.
Prince William and Prince Harry will be competing against each other in the match, which will raise funds and awareness for more than 15 charities, including African conservation organizations, mental health charities and the Invictus Games Foundation.
