Sophie Turnerhad a lot to say about her best friend Maisie Williamsfirst ever sex scene in Game of Thrones, which was aired on Sunday. Being a supportive mate, Sophie took to her Instagram story to joke, 'In honour of Easter, I guess Game Of Thrones wanted the storyline to have a little Easter bunny hop, hop, hopping into that pussy. And that's the tea,' then promptly downing a glass of red wine afterwards. (Can she be our best friend already?!)
In the most recent episode, Arya and her life-long friend Gendry (Joe Dempsie) finally act upon their flirtation. The 22-year-old first thought her nude sex scene in Sunday's episode was a 'prank', telling Entertainment Weekly, 'At first, I thought it was a prank. I was like "Yo, good one", and [the showrunners] were like "No, we haven't done that this year." Oh fuck!'
She added, 'I got to the read-through and I'm reading the scene and thought, "Oh, we're actually going to do this. When do I shoot this? I need to go to the gym". A whole list of things.' The star also said she kept her body "pretty private" during the scene, saying, ‘I kept myself pretty private. I don’t think it's important for Arya to flash. This beat isn't really about that. And everybody else has already done it on the show, so…'
