Made in Chelsea’s Francis Boulle has revealed that he has split with his girlfriend Katy Reece - describing their break up as ‘the most painful thing’. The star was dating the actress - who has appeared in Holby City - for two years, and has said getting used to single life has been quite an 'adjustment'.
Revealing the news on his Private Parts podcast, the 30-year-old said, ‘It is with great sadness that I must report that Katy and I have regrettably parted ways.' He added, 'Break-ups are just the most awful thing and it's been quite an adjustment. Fortunately we have both had lots to keep our minds busy and distracted.'
Francis previously had 'a bit of a thing' with Emma Watson in 2008, and he dated former co-star Sophia Sassoon between 2012 and 2013. Speaking of his relationship with Emma, he previously told Heat Magazine, 'We had a bit of a thing a while back. But I have always been an ambitious person and I want to achieve my own notoriety for what I've done. That's why I chose not to pursue it any longer, because I didn't want to be the boyfriend of some child actress.' However, he added that he still occassionally bumps into Emma, saying, 'But we do share a lot of mutual friends and our paths cross from time to time.'
