Made In Chelsea hasn't even been on TV - but wow, there has been a lot happening on the King's Road recently. Last week, Binky Felstead's partner Max Darnton proposed to her. And then, in far sadder news, our favourite reality couple, Sam Thompson and Zara McDermott split after accusations that Zara cheated on Sam following her time on Celebrity X Factor.
Honestly, we're still not over it - but it seems like perfect timing that the next season of the show has just been announced. And thanks to coronavirus, there's a twist as some of our favourite Chelsea darlings - Harvey Armstrong, Olivia Bentley, Emily Blackwell, Verity Bowditch, Freddie Browne, Maeva D’Ascanio, Sam Holmes, Amelia Mist, Tristan Phipps, James Taylor and Tiffany Watson - will be heading to the countryside (of course).
The country residents will be joined by new faces in the form of Amelia’s close friend and socialite, Paris Smith, and Love Island's Charlie Frederick. More new faces in Chelsea also include model Will Higginson and Reza’s girlfriend, Ruby Adler.
But don't worry - alumni also returning this series include Harry Baron, Fred Ferrier, Binky Felstead, Janey Felstead, Reza Amiri-Garroussi, Sophie ‘Habbs’ Habboo, Sophie Hermann, Jamie Laing, Ollie Locke, Gareth Locke, Rosi Mai, Zara McDermott, Alex Mytton, Melissa Tattam, Sam Thompson and Mark Francis Vandelli.
Apparently, Sam and Zara's break up has been captured on camera for the world to see. 'The cameras have captured the whole fallout of Zara and Sam's dramatic split,' a source told The Sun. 'It means viewers will get to see the raw emotion caused by Zara's infidelity last year, as Sam tries to come to terms with what has happened. There's going to be a lot of tears and rows as Zara fights for her relationship.'
Yikes.
As usual, the show is going to be airing on its home of E4 on Mondays at 9pm from September 28. We'll start getting the popcorn ready now, then.
